    Hi, I recently started using adsense for my humor blog: http://ratherhumorous.tumblr.com
    Could you maybe review my site? Do you have any tips on ad placement and/or content?
    I'm also using Twitter and Facebook to promote my site, what other sites could I use?
    I've only gotten one click so far, so all help is appreciated!

    If you want quality traffic, try get ranking for a keyword around "humorous"

    That way you have more targeted visitors to clicks on your ads on humor or jokes.

    Best traffic is Search Engine traffic....Social traffic is crap IMHO

    Xomba is good (see my signature link) it gives 50% of adsense and drives traffic if you post short articles about your site including links to it. You should start a blogger.com blog too. That comes ready for adsense and you can apply to Amazon through it and start selling comedy dvds. Also look at Snipsly.com

    Chop and change methods to see what works. Ad's a you read - top left in content and midpost for adsense ads is always good. Affiliate links after you have just been talking about something. Recommend it with a link. . . to your affiliate link
