Advice needed on site selling procedure

    Hi! I have decided to sell my 3 blogs but I'm not quite sure of the procedure for preparing them for sale: regarding the affiliate links (with photos, etc.) and ads, what exactly would I remove to "clean them up" ready to be sold? They are niche sites but not stores and mainly offer information. Many thanks!

    1) Prepare Traffic Stats Report (Google Analytic will be + point)
    2) Explain Site Expenses (Hosting, Advertisements, Content etc)
    3) Prepare Report for Content (Original or non original)
    4) Prepare Website Income Report (From Ads or any other method)
    5) Set your desired Price or let it opened for bidding if you are not sure about price.
    6) List website on Flippa, Digitalpoint with all above information

    Thanks, I had read the How To Sell Your Website Guide, though it's useful to have it summed up here. However, my question was specifically about something that I didn't see covered in the guide, i.e. what to do with personal affiliate links (with photos etc.), ads and so on. Advice on this specifically, anyone?
