Advertise virtually anything here, with CPM banner ads, CPM email ads and CPC contextual links. You can target relevant areas of the site and show ads based on geographical location of the user if you wish.

Advice on placement would be much appreciated

    Hi,

I have recently redesigned www.thebratpacksite.com and have included adsense, it's been up for about a week and earning me roughly $1 a day. I'm sure I could change the layout/size of ads I'm using to improve this. I'd appreciate some tips from you experts.

    Cheers

OK, here's a big tip. Drop the indent pic at the beginning of the article (home page or any page) and replace it with an Adsense block. You'll likely double your daily take.

Do you think I should keep the ads to the right of the page as well?

Yeh get rid of the ads on the right as it doesn't look right on some pages and do the large block :) and try and blend in a ad unit somewhere

    Thanks for the tips.

Do you think the colours are ok? Also, do you think I should add more content/a different banner ad down the right or leave it blank?

Any idea on how to do this on a Wordpress blog? I'm using Adsense delux but the text doesn't wrap around the ad block in an aesthetically-pleasing manner.
