    I would really appreciate if u would give some advice on my blog and the adsense ads i have put there (placement, colors etc).

    The site loads extremely slow

    Nice theme--great layout. Makes front page visitors want to click the articles.

    Massive white space on the left side. You may want to balance all the columns so it doesn't look too lopsided. One way to do this is to take out the featured video--it doesn't add anything really...

    I dont think you'll be getting too many clicks for adsense since the ad just "floats"--it isnt integrated with the content

    I will see what i can do about that empty space.
    And for the speed I have noticed it before, but after I read your post I have upgraded Wordpress to a latest version and I have the feeling it loads faster.
