Alexa down ?

Look at all these images i take from Alexa.

Also , one page from Webxperience.

Is the Alexa thumbnail server down ? Or am i banned ? (altough i could not access it from home either).

Oh no, it doesn't work, because i'm speaking about the thumbnails server

 

I think they are having some technical issues... perhaps they're updating all their images, I noticed mine was missing so I hit update thumbnail, and the larger image appeared, however my smaller thumbnail and the other sites in my category are still missing... same directory, so who knows??? maybe they're changing their hotlinking policy??

Yeah, looks like the thumbnales are not working all over alexa..

same for me here, can't see any image http://www.alexa.com/data/details/?url=keywordsworld.com

I found out how to get the alexa thumbnails work.

Use this URL (It's supposed to by for Alexa partners only, but as you will see, it works for any URL):

http :// pthumbnails.alexa.com/image_server.cgi?id=your-website-address&size=large&url=url-of-the-address-to-be-checked

I used the two spaces there, so that the url won't be shortened.

I'm expecting lots of beers.
