Allow customer to edit certain pages

    I am curious what others use for this issue. What is the best way to be able to let my webdesign customers edit/update certain pages without any knowledge of html? The customer would just like to update information from time to time. They would not need to be able to edit the general layout/nav, etc. This would only be content items. An example would be a "monthly events" page. Each month, they would like to be able to edit the content of that page. The site I am working on is for informational purposes only. I have heard about Macromedia contribute, but that is not an option for my customer. Has anyone ran across an easy solution?
