    I have a news website
    (globelivenews.com)
    i get about 12-15K page views per month .
    All organic traffic
    no bots
    and i have already filtered the bot traffic from google analytics .

    YET
    i receive very very low adsense clicks
    is it because ad blockers are so common ? ( my ad block plugin says only 12% blocked)

    my placements ?

    any suggestions ?

    you can't have RECOMMENDED above an adsense ad

    you might want to put some adsense text ads or something within your content because you have to scroll down to see most of your stuff, and the ads are both at the top and bottom away from the content

    you have amazon and a dog training ad nearer the content than adsense, which is great if they were relevant advertisers (because RELEVANT affiliate programs make more than adsense)

    Thanks mate - actually i forgot all about that "RECOMMENDED" headline :)
    Thought ads WITHIN th content would be a tad too much of a distraction ....

    not if you color them right, and don't do too many

    plus when you go to one of your pages, you have an add for the lottery in the best spot, and beneath your articles you have a big handful of ads that show on top of each other for me - and over some of the text of your article
