Fabric live 22 - Scratch perverts...
    http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B0009353PU/104-9987160-2922306?v=glance

Now I know there are some guys on this forum into their trip-hop, some into hip-hop, the odd person into D&B...

This album is a *must buy*...

I got it today, after seeing Scratch Perverts a week or 2 ago (The set was incredible), but this album is out of this world - if you like dance or hip-hop, can appreciate a good DJ (Better than good), then these guys are certianly one to listen to...

Just thought I'd do a quick review, becasue I'm enjoying this album sooooooo much.

What happened to "Home"? I used to go to that club every time I visited London and then last year it was gone.

I know I know, Home was a club full of people from other countries, but hey I was from another country so I fit right in. :p

Last time was 3 years ago I think. It was right smack in the city "centre". There was a disco about 3 or 4 doors down. Close to TGI Fridays, Burger King and a bar called oxygen. Well I could be wrong about the bar.

Anyway the club was huge. Several clubs in one. When you got past the doordude you paid your fee at an "egg" with a female inside it. Kinda like some kind of space pod. Then up and escalater and into a 10 hour mindblender.

It does get you mashed. Make sure you have a firm grip on your seat or you'll find yourself on the floor looking up and saying "what the fuck just happened".

Try it with a double of Vodka. ;)

    Good times.

I need to go back to London soon.

Home was like 7 floors. It shut in 2002 after opening in 2001 for drug abuse.

you are talking about leicester square, London has a city (business district) and the 'west end" (tourist area).
    Near oxygen you have:
    Hippodrome
    Koo (now renamed)
    Equinox
    onanon
    O bar
    Chinawhite
    10 rooms,
    Atlantic
    the end
    + loads more.

Tonnes of sex shops, chinese food, ripoff taxis driven by crazy, but cool Nigerians ;) and some giant cinemas.

Check the lineup, for those old enough to remember them ;)

Although Club UK and Leisure lounge were probably 2 of the best to clubs London has ever seen IMO

Thanks DA! Yeah that was it. I had a GREAT time there many many nights.

Funny you mention that flyer because I actually saw Oakenfold there a few years ago. He ripped away at it for 6 hours. It was one of his best shows in my opinion.

I liked the big room in the middle.
