Annual Review - Listing Weaknesses

    My department just got a note saying that we need to get a pre-annual review form and fill it out. Of course the dangereous part is filling out "Areas for improvement". I don't want to put something in there that will be used against me or would require me to do something like go back to school (for a third degree while co-workers have don't all have one each).

    From a Dilbert book, I got "I need to stop working so much and be more disciplined about leaving work on time", "I need to make myself less attractive so as to not distract coworkers too much", and a few others.

    Do you have any good suggestions?
