    It depends on your definition of corruption, according to CPI even places like Denmark and New Zealand have active groups that consider their government corrupt.

    In regards to problems in a country, its both the citizens and governments fault for the problems, when you get into politics heavily you start to realise and sympathize with why governments do the things they do.

    i think that everyone should understand that it is not good to follow the princip that if someone can do this or cheat ppl why i can't as the next time you may be a person who is cheated. so the first step is understanding the problem and that do in the same way is not a way out.
