    Hi,

    I would like to have a website that can allow people to download a file after they pay me. May I know is there any CMS or scripts or any other recommendations?

    Once download, the link should be disabled immediately (or after a set time).

    I appreciate any recommendations, thank you.

    You can use this if you make it a downloadable product.
    http://www.prestashop.com/ not sure about a time limit to download it but it does what you need.

    use wordpress with the e-commerce plugin by instinct. It's good for d-loads.
