    I'm thinking of using a CTI but I'm unsure if worth its worth it. What are the pros and cons? Any suggestions on which provider offers an affordable and reliable service? Thanks!

    It seems practical to go with a provider instead of setting it up yourself. Other than it would cost you resources, you may also experience issues along the way and it would be better if there's a support you can reach out to handle this for you.

    Thanks for this suggestion. Thanks to JooMinPark as well. This really helped me go with a decision, that being said, I'll shop around for CTIs for now.
