Any feedback on placement appreciated

Hi everyone,

This is a new site and I know content on the front page is somewhat lacking and I'll fix that by the weekend. But I'm wondering about ad placement.

With my current placement, over the last 2 days (since I launched) my stats are this:

1 - 8.82% CTR average click = $.25 This is the one on the bottom left menu.
2 - 8.42% CTR average click = $.52 This is the one in the center column text.
3 - 7.14% CTR average click = $.10 This is the skyscraper on the right.

#3 used to be just images and I changed it about an hour ago to images/text but I really am not a fan of how the list of links looks. However, I read that images pay less so that's why I changed it.

I'm considering making the following changes:

Put an ING Direct skyscraper where #3 is and put a 468x60 where the current ING banner is.

My thinking for that is that I prefer the image skyscraper on the right but since google images pay out less I'd rather have more text. I've also read that the placement at the top of the page before text is good. I could also put it under the first line of text rather than above it.

I was also considering moving #1 so that it's in between the two menu groups but I don't know if that could be considered a TOU violation.
