    Cartoonsmart.com has some great Flash tutorials. I have purchased some myself. These tutorials are in video and he shows you everything from creating graphic animations to building a website. It has been a while since I purchased any but I think they were around $10 per tutorial. There are some free tutorials on his site as well.

    Another one is Lynda.com they have tutorials for everything but it costs like $25 a month for membership.
