When i jumped from photoshop 7 to CS2 - the one of good surprises i noted was 'keyboard shortcuts' option, which allowed to set up (or change) almost all menu comands shortcuts (instead of setting some menu commands on 'actions' and making shortcuts then, to make it handy, and speed up work for myself, like i did on PS7 lol) hopefully CS3 have some additional good options as well.

not many new features, I'm using CS3 Extended, but depends on how what you use it for i guess, as a designer it's not far from CS2 , but I really like the new layout, the palletes are set very nicely easy to access and not messy or anything :)

If you have CS2 it's not worth to upgrade to CS3 unless you really miss something in CS2 and CS3 has it. ;)
