    There is no such thing... sorry.
    There are a few site witch provide a few SMS -es, but they require something exchange. Cliks, visiting sites, giving e-mail addresses, etc...

    There is no such site due to the fact that governments like those of China , Iran , KSA and others keep a strict censorship over the telecommunications systems .

    I don't think there are such sites exist, especially for global communication. No mention to the cost, governments won't let that happen.

    The cos would be somewhere around 3-5 millions USD per year which is not too much but . But the fact that there are countries in which freedom of speech is banned makes it impossible for such a website to exist .

    world.But if you are Indian then you can
    sms in your own country.By register you on
