    Heres What you do:
    1. Buy Run Down House Or Building
    2. Hire Contractor to fix the place
    3. Flip for anywhere between 10k-100k More.
    The less you Sell it for the faster it would move obviously.

    As Far as Recognition of the house after being built.

    Pay For Local Ads Newspaper ads etc.
    Majority of people still read newspapers believe it or not.
