Any registrars allow complete DNS control?

    In fact, what I need is a registrar that will let me:

    1. register .com and .uk names

    2. edit / add / delete DNS records

    3. change Name Servers

    (not 2 & 3 at the same time obviously)

    Ideally I would prefer not to be charged for 2 or 3 but would still appreciate stickies for any companies that allow this.

    Needless to say they must also be extremely reliable.

    I know a few hosts that do 1 & 2 (without charging for 2) but none that do all 3 so recommendations would be most appreciated.

    directnic.com is my personal favourite, for .com, .net, .org and more.

    Also try eurodns.com (for .co.uk and such)

    register.com lets you do all that. I use it for all of my domains - changes come into effect very quickly too
