On the main page of the site I have a link unit at the header, a banner in the footer (both on all pages) and on the front page I have a tower on the left. In the main forums my 3rd placement does just below the last post.

So far I'm getting $8-$12 a day with this setup...I have a CTR of 0.72% and the Page eCPM is excellent. The way I have it setup is sponsor members do not see the ads except for the links in the header, all other "members" see the ads but a smaller version on in the thread view. Guest see larger banners in both the footer and in a thread.

    Any suggestions would be great.

I suggest you put the horizontal banner further above the page. because your current placing is sort of "blind spot" for visitor. In my opinion Normally visitor will not scroll that far. Its better if you could place it in between "log in" and "online users".

Ok, I'll try that. That block is not visble to my members and I'm not sure what the site will look like if that's up and the other stuff is below it...I'll give it a shot.

I just set up more specific channels and the placement in the showthread area is doing much better than the rest.
