    I used to do it a lot more than I do now, and before that I used to say it out loud. I'd talk to myself, have conversations with other people (saying their part too), yelling at myself. :rolleyes: All out loud.

    Fortunately I've gotten over that.

    I am doing that always!!! I love to do that!! I talk to a girl named 'Maria'... lol.. She is my girl friend.. not in the real world.. but.. in the imaginary world... I have no GFs however...

    So.. I think .. this is done by many people and whatever I have to think.. I just talk to Maria and get a solution from her.. I mean.. I have substituted myself with some imaginary girl so that I won't feel lonely... Its working for me, perfectly!!!
