    Hey,
Anyone here from Dublin or been there a lot?

I'm taking a quick break for the weekend.

We just decided to have a quick get away tonight and booked a hotel.

I have stayed in Dublin a few times but only when I was going to or coming back from the airport for a holiday.

I have been dying to get a holdiay for months now because I'm working too much (Believe it or not ;)).

Just got a quote back for a quick break to new york next month for the two of us but still needed something before then, I was meant to go over new year and my birthday (Second of Jan) but just decided to wait and let the christmas/boxing day hangover get a break.

    Anyway...Dublin...

Anyone know where is good to go?
We are meant to be right in the city centre so should be near everything really, main thing is the bars, whats good to go to and does good food?
Do Dublin bars show the english football? Fingers crossed anyway....

I'm not from Dublin and I've never been there but its cool you get to travel. I'm interested in traveling. One of the places I'd like to go is Iceland. That country is one of the most beautiful places in the world.

You'll definitely get the football in the bars, all i can advise you to do while in dublin is avoid the north side....you don't want to be walking down finglas at 2 in the morning thats for sure..
