    Looking to have built a legal related site or at least someone is building it for me. Need to have downloadable legal forms. Anyone know where I can located legal forms site for sale or just be able to get legal forms.

    Try Prozilla.

    They have a stand alone legal forms site with 85 odd legal forms etc etc.

    The prozilla membership is well worth it.. (ie edupols sites are all based on prozillas standalone sites).. right now you can have the lot for $20.

    The only thing to keep in mind is every man and his dog is out for a quick buck from these turnkey sites nowadays, so if you want something unique, you should go visit elance or the like and grab some custom design.

    Keep in mind also that these turnkey sites are essentially built around current or past Open Source code/libs.
