    Sounds like it may be a crash landing. Flying into LAX I think. I cant find any news on it. Just listening about it on the radio.

    I'm sure they will be fine. I'm sure all the passengers are freaking out though. I hope they have an experianced/good pilot.

    Kind of ironic that my boyfriend and I were talking about how cool it was that the JetBlue planes are all brand new (made in 2004 - 2005) and how much safer they must be then all the other ones that were made 20+ years ago. :eek:

    it could be up there for hours,
    apparently they can't dump fuel in that aircraft, so they have to keep circling to burn fuel... thats gonna take some time.
    jeeeez, how scary is that for all involved.
    next we will hear a passenger on a mobile phone probably

    They have regular phones on the flights. I pay $10.00 per month and 10 cents a minute to use them. ;)

    scenario, front wheel is locked...smashes on touchdown and goes back thru the engine..
    i think they should stay up and burn a lot more fuel.

    Oh, well i havent been on the plane for ages. They are talking about burning off all the fuel to make the plane lighter but even when they paint all the adverts on the plane the weight of the paint slows the flight by 30+ minutes accross the Atlantic. Thats quite a mission.
