I don't know where I should be selling and how much I should be valuing my sites at, so hoping for someone who could help me

flippa is one place to sell it at, but the thing is, that buyers will look at earnings as part of the valuation. As a rough guide, you might get 6-10months income, more or less based on other factors such as domain value, or other assets, or costs involved to run the site.

 

I am with matt, usually it's about 6-10 months of income. Though some people will say 12-18 months. Plenty of opinions.

I think the biggest thing is if you can sell potential buyers on what it can be, what the potential is. Also, what comes with the site, every single feature, ect. If it's turn-key that of course can be a major selling point. Maybe it compares to similar successful sites?

Just like selling anything really, gotta make tell them what's in it for them, what they can get from buying the site.

For future reference it might be worthwhile to check out sedo and their domain brokers.

They take a decent %, but it's much easier than doing work for yourself right?
