    the premium publisher account depends not only from alexa ranking. it can be, that the webmaster has a much better site with greater alexa ranking, so he can add his ads on other pages too.

    how, adsense can't be cusomized (border etc. parametres ), is it? I suppose it can be done this way

    Sure premium publisher! It's a long way until you rich that! Or maybe they are cheating! As a premium publisher you can also have more ads on the Website! Is anybody who now exactly how to get there??? What are the conditions?
