I think there are several options here. If you are using Wordpress, there are plugins that can autopost to your social media profiles.

There are also tools like HootSuite and SproutSocial that can manage multiple social platforms for you.

Individually, there are also programs that can manage each platform, like Tweetdeck for Twitter and TailWind for Pinterest, that you can use.

I really like Hoot Suite and Tweet Deck. They have been very easy to use and it really has freed up a lot of time from social media posting for other things.

 

I've heard about some SMM promotion for your Facebook page, when guys make post on your behalf. Of course you give them all the instructions at first. Also there are services for Instagram that can do scheduled photo posting and auto DM for the users you choose.

 

I know some good tools, maybe somebody has already mentioned them, but still: HootSuite, Buffer, TweetDeck. I think that they will not disappoint you.
