    Is there anyone I can hire to redo my adsense placement? Are there special sites for this?

    My advice: Read DP AdSense forum as often as possible and make use of the "search" to find specific things you need to know.

    Some people see better CTR when the ads are near the top navigation. Also your articles are very long. I would suggest breaking them up over several pages, most people only spend a few seconds looking at a page. Lots of scrolling might lose a person's attention, not to mention they are a long way away from most of your ads by the time they are halfway or all the way through with your article.

    It's really not rocket science. Open and close your website a few times while keeping note at what catches your attention at first glance. Have a few of your friends do the same thing. Place the ad's in the general area that caught your attention.
