    I've been experiencing a problem with my ipod, and, naturally, turned to apple.com for assistance. However, to my disgust, i realised that they gave no email addresses for technical support.

    In desperation, i turned to their forums, only to find that about 50% of the posts report the same trouble as I have had, yet nobody has given a proper reply. Apple leaves its ENTIRE ipod support departement down to the goodwill of other, more knowledgeable members. They don't have tech staff!!!!!!

    And Ipods actually
