Yes I would like to see a dual-booting Mac first hand...

But from what I've read Vista doesn't use EFI for booting and prolly won't
be booting on a MacTel until someone does the same as they did for XP...

But Vista is still no where in sight. MS says maybe 1st quarter of 07 now. I'm sure by the time it is actually available, there will be a way to boot it.

Never expected that to come directly from Apple, but offering the choice of OS to run is good news. It takes away some of the reservations people have about Macs, knowing they always go back to Windows if they need to run a certain app or game.

As big as the Video Gaming Industry has been growing over the years that's one thing I could never understand about Steve Jobs not wanting to Cash in on that earlier by going Intel sooner or Creating a really good emulator for the Mac (if possible) that would allow Windows Games to run on them... Or Apple could have set up a group of their experienced people to Port the games to OSX..

Good for Apple, bad for OSX.

Instead I would like to run OSX on a PC and not their macs. If they can run OSX on the intel platform then why don't make it official possible for all PCs? Why must it be just their stuff?

Hmm.. well for me, one of the main reasons I use a mac is to avoid Windows. :)

Because Apple make their money off "hardware", not software.

    I agree ;)

    Amen, sister.

Still, this should help Apple out a lot in improving its market share.

Well that's the problem. I want their software, not there hardware, I already have an old PC that serves my needs perfectly. If I only could get a virus free environment..

I wouldn't be so sure. What makes computers crash? Viruses or Windows. Basically there's no windows without viruses. It's just part of the Windows environment.:p
