    I am currently looking into ways to charge for a service available on mobile devices. Does anyone know how you can apply a cell phone user's purchase to their cell phone bill? For example, you can download ringtones from 3rd party websites and the charges will appear on your cell phone bill. Are these companies working with carriers like Verizon or AT&T?

    Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
