Arcade site AdSense

Hello Guys,

Im very new with adsense. I made an arcade site few weeks ago. and I just want to ask why I got only dollar cents every click or I mean $0.01 or $0.02 cents per click. I heard that game site has a low CPC but why? Guys I need your advice on how to make money with arcade site and adsense. Please review my adsense placement here's my site game01.info.

Unfortunately your ad placement can only improve your CTR and not your CPC. There are a number of factors that determine your CPC (such as smart pricing) but sadly your ad placement is not one of them. To help improve your CPC use the Competitive Ad Filter.

As for your ad placement, I'd recommend that you try blending your 768 x 90 ad unit. At the moment the title, text and URL of the ad unit are using the default colors.

Like I said in my first post, check out the Competitive Ad Filter. This may help a little!

 

i run an arcard site too. My best suggestion is to have many games with different description and to have many visitor to your site. This way, for sometimes, you may get click as high as 2$ (based on the keyword of your games). For example, you may have a game named: how to be a millionaire. and you write description towards millionaire keyword and if someone click on that keyword ads, you may get higher CPC.

Earnings depend a lot on popularity of your website .
If your website is popular then your Earnings per click shall improve a lot.

This is why you might receive a low amount for a click.

try putting other content such as slightly related articles which may improve the ad content and < $$

Add a lot of article, but also add a lot of games and increase your site awareness too.
