    I think if you are good at that kind of stuff, you are good at it on and off the PC.

    I'm awful and drawing/art, and I'm awful at making art on the computer.

    However, I'm good with music, and play various instruments and when I first sat down with a music sequencer on an Atari ST, I took to it very quickly and was making good music in no time.

    I think it's almost like asking, "Is a writer better than a non-writer when they are writing something using a word processor?"

    The creativity comes from within the person and the ink/pencils/software package is just a tool.

    If you really have a good taste in Fine arts you will
    be good at Multimedia and Graphics Designing.
    Some graphics artist don't have talents in painting but they have
    nice quality work in terms of Graphics Designing.
    Some may be good in painting but not with graphics designing.
