    Are the client area/dashboard provided by hosting providers complicated to use? We want to get a general idea of how the user experience is for people in the infrastructure world.

    If you're in the infrastructure world, client areas and dashboards shouldn't be hard for you to use, at all. They should feel simpler than the dashboards you're most likely using right now, as someone working in IT infrastructure.

    As I said, if you're working in IT infrastructure, a client area, or a cPanel dashboard shouldn't be an issue at all.
