Are my adplacements legal?

Hi, Just started a new arcade site and i think i blended my ads in nicely. But now i am starting to wonder if there legal or not.
    Here is a screenshot.

    Screen Shot of my site

I would appreciate it if anyone could tell me if they think there fine or if i would get in trouble for blending them in like that.

If they are in a a illegal place would google just ban my account or would i get a warning?

    Thanks, Matt

Gut feeling is that while the placements are technically legal, you are likely to alienate a lot of potential visitors by blending the ads to that extent and mixing it in with standard site navigation. The current placement goes beyond 'blending' and into 'deceipt' in my opinion.

I would switch it round and run the ads down one side (skyscraper), true links down the other. That way there is a clearer distinction and less risk of annoying your visitors.

What do you guys think about distractions like that? I was thinking about using similar placements on my young site. Will this make people less likely to return?

I don't know what about your visitors, but I know you might be banned from big G.

I would feel uneasy doing it like that, you could get an e-mail from Google.

Thanks I though it could be a problem. It is working very well though :D might try adding a border or something to make it stand out more as a ad.

just put a different color border around then and mark them with the text 'Advertisement.'
