Are my ads too hidden?

I am starting a new site http://www.beeriest.com and I really want to gear the site towards getting the most out of adsense as I have never done that from scratch before.

I have put some ads in and have so far out of only 3 visitors had 2 clicks.

So I know they are ok. Should I also put some obvious banners in there to try and make the blended ads look more like content?

Anyway just need a few opinions on my Google ads and how I can best utilise them in the above mentioned site?

    Dan

One of the ads I saw was titled "pick up a bar maid tonight" no wonder you get a good CTR.

lol yeah I saw that one. I would say it was my top click.

Should I blend the ads more though or change their positions?

Am I missing something or do you just have the lone 468 near the middle/top? If it's just that one, I really like it, very well done. I would resist the temptation to add more ads. Less is more, and your ad REALLY blends in nicely. Well done!

That is the only one so far. I have made sure it looks like the other links and text and the CTR for that campaign so far the CTR is fairly high somewhere above 20%

I am thinking of adding a blended half banner in the reviews page with a random image next to it so it looks likt the other reviews. But am unsure if it is against the TOS

    Very soon mate

You can send me a few if you want me to review them faster.

I need to convince my fiance that it is all for the greater good and business.

At the moment I am knocking off a few aussie beers that I have floating around the house and reviewing them. Then i will move into the internationals.

    upcoming reviews
    Tooheys Extra Dry
    Tooheys New
    Crown Lager
    Stella
    Carona,
    Budweiser
    VB
    Boags

Australian beers are easier for me to review as I live in Australia but once they are done I will be on the hunt for more.

I will also be accepting user reviews

    lol

Someone said in a post you should start sites about something you are passionate about. I thought about it, grabbed a beer fromthe fridge, drank it whilst I thought, grabbed another one and thought. man I love beer. The rest just falls together.

I have a saying "Life is all about the FBB"

    Footy, B*****s and Beer

(footy is rugby league here in Sydney) but now I am engaged and have a 2 year son. so things have changed but I still love beer :)
