    I want to make a quick site that uses an RSS feed or something similar to get links to and display flash games. Is this even possible? If so, how?

    You can use Wordpress as a CMS for your website.
    There are number of plugins available for wordpress that allow you to publish games from FEED of popular sites like MOCHIMEDIA and HEYZAP.

    I saw many arcades pull their games from mochiads.com, you can join them as publisher and they will provide you with XML and JSON feeds or ZIP packs.
