I'll join in and even throw in a 3 three month link as well from a PR 5 page....but somehow I find the idea of posting my weight in public a bit disconcerting.

My current strategy is to DDR my way to supreme body greatness. What's everyone else doing?

What you could do if you felt comfortable is PM me your weight and I'll give you a code name for the blog so I know it's you but no-one else will know lol.

Nah, I eat 2 waffles for breakfast, a chicken sandwich for lunch, and a bowl of soup and a sandwich for dinner. All told, bout 950 calories a day, one of your calculators said I should be eating 2000+ to maintain my weight ;)

I've actually been bulking and I'm about to start cutting now. I don't know if that'd be real fair. I might enter something for the prize though.

Seriously, just don't eat! You don't need more than one meal a day anyway. Just ask Shoemoney!

Damn, isn't it supposed to be bad to lose so much weight that quickly? Don't you end up with folds of extra skin?

I'm adjusting my usual eating habits a bit, but it's hard. I find that with the workouts I'm doing I'm actually hungrier than before. I'm alternately DDR with a low impact workout that's based on tai chi and physical therapy. No weights involved at all but it's still kicking my ass. I just started this a couple weeks ago.

Love the Wonka quote Palespyder... :p

You guys need to clarify some things. Is this about being fit and in good health or just "losing weight" .....

    You can
    a) lose weight including fat AND muscle
    b) lose fat and keep muscle

The contest should be who can lose the highest percent of body fat and not just a number in pounds...

Me last year: 5'11 - 130 lbs (12% body fat)
    Me Now: 5'11 - 165 lbs (18% body fat)

I've been working out 3-4 times a week. I would already be up to 175 (10% body fat) if I would just eat right :( . My long term goal is 185ish and below 10% body fat.

Nah, I am not that big, maybe 50lbs overweight, that happens when you lose upwards of 100+lbs in a very short time. Besides, I fluctuate 30lbs all the time.

Yeah Johnny Depp creeped me out bad ;)
