I had changed the meta tags, my target keyword is "website of the day"...

Thanks, I had tried to put 4 links ad above the fold (under the top menu), but there is no click after this change...

Now, I try to put 2 links ad at the right side of upper content, let's see the result tomorrow..

 

ok. there are a few problems here with your site in terms of adsense:

1. Content.
I did not find a lot of content ( I only saw one site listed, the one for today. What about past sites you have had up? Give me as a user a reason to look ad at more pages on your site, thus exposing me to more ads and giving me more opportunity to click)

Also, the content of your ads doesn't seem to match anything on your home page. You are getting marketing related ads (at least when i checked). Since your blog does not have one main topic, i think you will have a hard time getting ads that are relevant to what your users are interested in. You need a stronger focus. Mayabe just focus on websites in one industry. Or maybe have seperate pages on your site for different industries so those pages will have ads that relate to that industry... play around with it

2. Layout
Ok, a lot could be done for the layout on this site. but here are a few tips to get started.

The pink bar accross the top...that is a prime space for a google link unit. Match the pink background of the ad with the pink in that bar. You may have to lose the gradient. But i think it will be huuuge for your CTR.
What to do with the menu items in there? Simple. Add a sidebar to the left of the body of the site and center the content. Thiss will also give you much more room to add more menu items as your site expands (especially if you take into account my previous suggestion of adding different pages for different topics). This will also help you look more like a standard website.

Also, try adding a square ad unit to the body of your post like i do in free-stuff-finder.blogspot.com . When i did this my CTR went waaay up. (if you can't do that, add a rectangle ad unit right under where you say "One of the recommended sites would be posted on the DayDaySite on Day Day basis.
