    Well there is so many thig it depend on. If you need traffic from social bookmarking sites then you need to know which bookmarking site is popular and well visited by real people, which has god PR, which have do-follow links.... and so on... They are all different. But i would mention few that i know and they get you indexed fast and bring you traffic too. At my knowledge they are good because they automatically spread news about your bookmarked link on twitter, delicious, diigo, mixx..... You need no extra effort. Try this few (they doing very good job for me):

    http://www.iQuak.com (new but promising)...

    You should put unique article on your website. Then you can modify or rewrite is to submit in Ezine or any other article directory.
    But be sure to have an unique content on your website.
