    I know they don't let you digg articles from EzineArticles anymore. They banned that domain due to high amounts of spam coming from that directory, but there are others which are still good to submit to Digg.

    I think the thread starter want to submit his site into digg. To answer your question, I would say digg is FREE for everyone to submit news which they think it is interesting for everyone.

    Sure, just a simple step.
    1. Sign up digg account
    2. Log in your account and click on the "submit new" on the top
    3. Put the Article's URL
    4. Choose the category and submit
    Just need to remember, no duplicate article is allowed.
