    It's a miracle they turned up! Things are pretty bad here right now. No probs getting speed camera ticket but you have to be half-dead before they'll come out normally. Better than in Berkshire, England though where apparantly the police weren't despatched until 5 minutes after the call was terminated. Harrowing read.
