    Hello all, i was living in the UK few months ago and have Halifax Visa card and 3000GBP from local bitcoin trading on it. Now i live in Latvia and want to withdraw money here. I have unpaid loan 600 euros and it's now with debit collection agencies. And they can make negative balance in my all Latvian banks accounts.

    The questions in what ATM can "see" when stat these withdrawals? card is on my name and issued in the UK. CAN they know somehow that i withdraw 3000GBP ?? (little bigger numbers in EUR)

    How should the debt collector see your bank account without to bring it to court. I would withdraw all my money ASAP!
