Automatic Credit Card Payment

It said on the site that if my money in my account went below three days, they'd automatically take money out of my credit card to go into it. Is there anyway to turn this off? I signed up with a voucher and would really like not to have to pay a lot of money.

I believe you can call them and have them adjust your account to prepay, there may also be an option to do this from the web interface if you dig around.

They auto charged me and I called to complain, the guy on the phone was a real asshole, but customer service via email promptly returned my money.

yea just give them a call or send an email via the yahoo interface saying you don't want your credit card to be charged automatically

Thanks a lot. I e-mailed them and they put me to prepay. I hope that the service is great, but I am unsure if it will bring any long term benefits, so we will have to wait and see.

Yeah, I suppose. I am just trying to get some traffic to my forum and since it was a free $100.00, I figured why not?

They auto charged me, i read contract i see nothing to suggest they can do this. I have sent email complaint, asked for money back! Anyhow why would i pay all that money upfront when i can get an extra £60 by opening a new account ;)

    Not pleased....
