Awkward moment of your life?

Hi DP guys,

Just curious to know what's the awkward moment of your life? it could be anything.

Mine was "Someone i vaguely know is walking in front of me and i'm trying to maintain distance"

I know that's creepy, how about you guys?

 

When I got slapped from my teacher when I was in class 6.

 

when I get my first thousand dollars check

Not long ago a friend and I were sharing stories about those embarrassing moments we all suffer at least once or twice in our lives. So I thought I would tell you a tale that might give you a lift from the week’s blahs.
I was travelling in Tennessee on a Greyhound bus heading for Mexico. Don’t ask me why — I was younger and foolish then and sick of my boring job, so my friend and I had decided to go on an adventure to find ourselves (whatever that means).

So there we were sitting in the back of the bus in the wee morning hours trying in vain to get some sleep. The bus was bouncing wildly on a rough road in the back hills of hillbilly land when I got the urge to go pee.

Entering the bathroom I glanced at the window that was wide open with the night air blowing in. It was pitch-black outside and eery, but worst of all the floor was soaking wet from other fellow travellors who obviously had very bad aim.

EEE-YUCK! Little did I know the window and I were soon to have a date with destiny.

So as I was standing there doing my business the bus suddenly lurched to the side and I slipped on the floor towards the window. Oh crap!

To make a long story short I ended up with my head and half my body hanging out of the window in the middle of nowhere holding on for dear life and screaming my bloody head off!

I could have fallen out and nobody would have even noticed. For all I know the locals might have confused me as road kill and had me over for dinner.

 

At my ex wife´s work party I told a random guy I met at the bar how great ass a woman had. He told me that she was his wife. upps!

 

I've had way too many awkward moments!

 

2nd grade, the toilet was clogged. Flushed and it overflowed into the classroom. Kind of hard to beat that.

I've probably had extremely awkward moments every year. Possible issue of being a big time introvert.
