Looking for a re-review of Leahey.org. Thoughts? Things to try?

My most successful block has been the blended linklist at the end of the individual entries. My CTR for march was 2.33%, which seems pretty low to me. Any tips?

Th ad placement are okay, I like how you wrapped the text around your 250 x 250 ad. For the ad on the right side of your site, you might want to give it some space near the edge.

    first,
I like the wraped text too, but it looks like you used an ad that is 336 x 280, not 250 x 250. It is too big and makes the text too narrow on the right side. Try using a 250 x 250 if you are not now. Also, maybe put the ad to the right and text on the left so users can start reading before they see the ad. That way they are more involved in the content.
Second, i think you can use 1 more text unit. try wrapping that in an article. maybe the second article, or maybe you want to skip one and do it on the third.
