    I'm ready to purchase some BL from a PR5 but the link page is a PR2. How Google will see that? as a PR5 or PR2.

    Raise your traffic buy buiding your back links. As you build your inbound links, your site will gain link popularity and eventually show better in the SERPs. If you can get a top 10 ranking for related keywords then you will see an increase of traffic.

    don't worry about it, just set it up as a link and you will get results as long as its relevent. PR only comes into play if its low

    you can place add in google's sponsored links which will be displayed for the keywords selected by you. By this you can get some good traffic.
