So, I just reinstalled Ubuntu alongside Windows. I'm personally wondering how long I'll be using it for before I go back to Windows 'full time' ;)

I love Ubuntu! These days though I use Debian Linux instead-it's a lot faster than Ubuntu I think. I can't stand Windows anymore and Macs are too expensive for the hardware...

I love linux and other OS based Console. It give me more flexibility and I like it. however, almost all people were using Windows OS in my workplace. I love Windows, Linux and all OS. Never try MAC. No one selling the OS in my place. :D
Have triple boot for my lovely OS. Windows was used more than 95% (maybe more) while other OS less than 5%. While using Windows I use VM to boot another OS. So basically I use few OS at once. :D

Linux Mint is based on Ubuntu - it just uses MATE/Gnome2 as its default GUI. It is almost the same under the hood.

Isn't Ubuntu essentially based upon Debian, too? :) Just an attempt to make it more "user-friendly". All part of the Mother Debian family. :D

Personally, I prefer openSUSE as a desktop and for development, but Debian when it comes to a server.

I use CentOS for my servers, although I am using cPanel on one so have to. The thing is, I prefer CentOS, less typing for commands, and I like yum better than apt-get :p

Approximately 60 seconds after you give up trying to use GIMP and switch back to Photoshop on Windows.

*I run Mint and Ubuntu inside VirtualBox for fun, but that's where it ends.
