I have to say, the C-section was one of the most painful things I have ever endured. I can't compare it to a natural birth of course, but the pain was intense. All worth it though, she is still the most beautiful lil girl :)

I got lucky; didn't experience any undo amounts of pain; but my doc was generous with the morphine. I was also walking around an hour and a half after the csection; and I'm convinced this was the best thing I could have done for myself. I had over 30 staples on the outside, and I was cut up and down as opposed to the bikini cut due to doc fears of me bleeding to death.

Now; my appendectomy - the itty bitty holes they created in 2 spots with a total of 3 staples- that hurt like a bitch! So called laser surgery. Ha. Never again!

Ick! Hopefully by the time I reproduce (like 1 Mella isn't enough for this world!) .. doctors will have found some amazingly great way to magic the baby out of somewhere different and painless.

    ya Ear maybe?

god imagine giving birth out of your ear?! How wierd would that look. Oh no, im in one of those moods...

You might clone Mella, just a swab from the cheek, nine months later FedEx rings your bell with a baby in bubble wrap. Probably not until 2030, you can wait...

I can say I much preferred natural birth. Painful, yes, but the recovery was SO much easier.

Thank goodness babies are beautiful no matter how hard they are to get out.

    Hey Wendy, congratulations.

Glad I will never know the pain you all refer to, I am never having children.

My current man comes pre-packaged with an 8 month old and that's good enough for me.

Do you mean like conjoined twins? Or does he just ACT like an 8 month old from time to time?

I am not sure how he acts, YET. I haven't spent enough time finding out, however he acts older than me, probably cause he is, 32. His baby lives with it's mama so that's good, he just has visits.

I reckon It takes quite alot to be with a guy that has baggage.

I don't think I could. Sounds selfish but I'd want to be his favorite person, plus have kids with him when it's a new experience for the both of us.

PS; Ha ha thanks Kalina .. for trying to set me up with the guy with the broken willy :D :p

Damn, I didn't think of it that way. I have to be his favorite person too, so I guess I have to cross this guy off my list. :D

I was worried you'd steal the guy with the broken willy, did he pm you and rat me out? ROTF!

it's my sisters site. Not too many are up yet, but i can't go upstairs to dump the pics onto the good computer (i'm on our spare downstairs - being a geek has its advantages). don't judge me too bad in the photo - remember i just had major surgery :)

    You have a point. But:

    1. show me someone over the age of 3 who DOESN'T have baggage

    2. try to visualize going on vacation for three weeks with a guy with no baggage -- that means 3 weeks of wearing the same socks and underwear...
