Bad CTR. anyone have any suggestions?

I have been plying around with my ads and am getting a pretty low ctr.

If anyone could take a look at my site and see what i could change to possibly improve ctr's. Also there are only 2 ad blocks and i am looking to put a 3rd. Where would be best to put it?

You could try adding a 468 banner above the first post. This should get more clicks. You could use text links also they might pay more.

 

ok i will def try the 486 above the posts. How are the colors and such for the ads?

On text link ads, i signed up for tla but i think i was not approved for regular text link ads and i have not gotten anything from them. I was thinking about trying to sell some here but i would have no clue how to price.

First of All you need to improve your CTR,How?
* Your CTR is down because no one click on your ads ....and the number of impression are going more and more ...now to cop with this situation you need to catch the attention of visitors,how? >>Put some graphics in your blog along with your ad unit ...so that it can easily catched by visitors eye
* Secondly you put your third ad unit in a single post page like the one here
just between your post tittle & your content add one 468*60 ad unit ...!!

the added banner has gotten only about 50 impressions so far and no clicks.

I will work or your modifications Microbrain. So basically move the 468*60 up to the top of the post? Thanks for your suggestions so far.
