So I keep trying to save my graphic file as a
Png or a gif in photoshop, But the quality of it always looks like crap. it ends up having white outlines that look pixulated around it.

Can anyone tell me how to save a good quality png with out the white edges?

    Thanks for the help!

Don't use gif if you have varying levels of opacity, you'll keep on getting the white outlines.
When saving as a PNG use PNG-24 (not PNG-8) and make sure 'Transparency' is selected.
